Ideal conditions for Pfaffl wines

In 1978, young Roman and Adelheid Pfaffl became the owners of Weingut Pfaffl in Stetten, a village just north of Vienna in the Weinviertel region of Lower Austria. The harvest is brought in early in the morning to protect the grapes from the sun. They are transported in small crates to the press, where they are gently pressed.
