Sierra Noble had spent years searching for a vineyard to produce their Chardonnay wine. But ultimately, they looked beyond the vineyards in Chile and made the move to South Africa. It proved successful, as this South African winemaker had a magnificent vineyard in the Western Cape. Creamy and powerful this Sierra Noble Chardonnay
Upon opening the bottle, we immediately smell a powerful aroma of tropical fruit and vanilla. We take a large glass and pour this wine. A golden yellow color then lingers beautifully in the glass. The thick structure creates a warm bouquet of aromas, including tropical fruit, with hints of apricot, vanilla, and citrus. On the palate, it leaves the tongue with a thick and oily mouthfeel, a richness of tropical and exotic fruit, and a light citrus note.
