The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

What a delicious Austrian wine, this red Zweigelt, located in the Kamptal wine region. Steininger is a true family business; they go above and beyond to produce the best wine. Well, I can tell you, this wine is superb. The grapes aren't harvested until November, hence the name "Novemberlese."

This delicious red wine is made from the Zweigels grape, the hallmark of Austrian red wine. This wine adds an extra dimension, thanks in part to the traditional oak aging process. For the Steininger winemakers, winemaking is a true experience. The winemaking process is meticulously monitored, with the winery working meticulously in the vineyard to harvest perfect grapes. Each vine is crucial, as it imbues the wine with the impressions of nature. Although the winery primarily focuses on the Grüner Veltliner and Riesling varieties, they also produce wines with other grapes. Weingut Steiniger is located in Langenlois, Austria, and is the fastest-growing wine region. Thanks to its extensive vineyards, Langenlois is Austria's largest wine town. The Steininger winery is a family-owned business that guarantees the delivery of high-quality wines. In the vineyards, the careful cultivation of Austria's national red grape, Zweigelt, is elevated to an art form. This is where the foundation for the creation of the truly magnificent wines that have earned Austria its reputation as a renowned wine producer lies. Located in the Kamptal region of Austria, Langenlois, where Weingut Steininger is located, is Austria's largest wine town thanks to its extensive vineyards. Steininger is a true family business.

The aroma offers a beautiful bouquet of red and black fruit, complemented by spices and chocolate. The palate is pure and full-bodied, with an impressive bouquet of blackberries, currants, and ripe, slightly tart cherries. A truly complete glass of wine!
