A delicious tropical wine from the Trapiche winery. It's a blend of 95 percent Torrontés and 5 percent Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are situated an impressive 1,750 meters above sea level in the Cafayate Valley, traditionally the best area for Torrontes. Thanks to the excellent conditions here, Trapiche can produce an excellent wine.
The production of the finest wines

Bodegas Trapiche has its vineyards in the Argentine province of Mendoza. The winery was founded in 1883 by Don Tiburcio Benegas. He had only one goal: to produce the finest wine he could. Trapiche owns a total of 1,075 hectares of vineyard land spread across seven estates. The vines are imported from France. The winery is equipped with the latest winemaking techniques. Bodegas Trapiche's vineyards are located at an altitude of between 630 and 1,000 meters. The climate at this altitude is relatively cool, and the difference in temperature between day and night allows the grapes to develop excellent aromatic qualities and good acidity. Essential for good quality. Today, Bodegas Trapiche is one of the most renowned wineries in Argentina.

All grapes are harvested by hand and then carefully selected. The grapes are completely destemmed and then cold-skinned for two hours before being pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of fifteen to sixteen degrees Celsius. The wine is then aged on the lees for five months. This process gives the wine a rounder and creamier flavor.
 The fresh aromas of Torrontes
This Torrontes boasts fresh aromas of tropical fruit, reminiscent of lychees, with a touch of floral notes. The palate again reveals tropical fruit, along with fresh acidity, wrapped in a round, full flavor. In short: a delicious wine that pairs perfectly with sushi, as well as other Asian dishes.
