Bodegas Faustino, known as the Grand Master of Rioja, has created an unparalleled masterpiece with Portia's flagship wine from Ribera Duero. This wine is the result of a bold vision and years of dedication. In the early 1990s, Faustino sought new horizons beyond their native region. They discovered an underrated plot of land in Ribera del Duero. Where others hesitated, they saw potential. Now, years later, these vineyards have become icons of the region, with Tempranillo grapes thriving in four different vineyards at altitudes of up to 850 meters above sea level.
Portia's Crown Jewel
The Tempranillo grapes used for this wine are simply the crème de la crème of Portia's offerings. Deeply rooted, old vines, nourished by rich soil, yield grapes of invaluable quality. The unique combination of the climate and the cooling mountain winds ensures balanced maturation.
