If we can entrust the art of winemaking to anyone, it's the Piedmontese Boroli family. In the 1990s, this family decided to embark on a new project, and luckily for us, they chose to produce wines. The quality is unparalleled, as is the family's passion and expertise. Day in, day out, nothing is left to chance, and this family knows how to make the most of the rolling Italian hills and Piedmont's ideal climate. That's precisely why the unconventional Nebbiolo grape thrives so well in the Boroli vineyards. The Nebbiolo grapes are harvested manually, under the strict supervision of the winemaker. After all, only the finest bunches are allowed to become part of Boroli Barolo Classico. The Barolo then matures for 18 months in large oak barrels, specially designed for the Boroli winery. It is then bottled for at least a year before leaving the impressive Boroli cellars.
