This results in recommendations on which grape varieties best suit the vineyard. They then contribute to the planting and vineyard management, resulting in top-quality wines. The beautiful vineyards of Geografico in Italy clearly demonstrate that Italy breathes wine. The Primitivo grapes are planted in clay soil, giving them a unique character. The grapes are carefully harvested with quality as the top priority. They are then transported to the winery where a rigorous selection process takes place. Because, simply put, only the best of the best is good enough. Fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine is aged for several months in oak barrels. After a while, we can enjoy this magnificent red wine.
