The Piedmontese winery Boroli is synonymous with unparalleled quality. It's a winery where everything seems to be just right. Seductive and consistently high quality. Boroli's vineyards are located in the most beautiful areas of Piedmont, all situated near the renowned village of Barolo. In the rolling hills of Piedmont, the Nebbiolo grapes enjoy the perfect climate. Thanks to the Boroli family's expertise, they transform into perfect wines. Only when the grapes are deemed ripe enough by the Boroli winemaker are they harvested. To guarantee quality, each bunch of Nebbiolo grapes is harvested by hand. After this, the Boroli family gets to work: the grapes are fermented, and the precious juice is aged in oak for an impressive 24 months. The bottles then mature for another 12 months in the Boroli cellars. Every effort is made to bring the quality of Boroli Barolo Cerrequio to its peak.
