The Pinot Noir Creation is a beautiful glass of red wine! Winemaker Jean Claude is familiar with the challenges he faces when using the fickle Pinot Noir grape. Before planting, he carefully inspected the soil. The Pinot Noir vines are planted on southeast-, east-, and northeast-facing slopes. The wine is clear and bright, resembling a polished garnet.

The dream of Creation Estate winery

In 2002, Jean Claude and Carolyn Martin began their dream. They began by planting 22 hectares of new vineyards. This site had never been vine-grown before, making the risk of viruses very low. They planted a beautiful variety of grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, and Malbec. The vineyards are situated 350 meters above sea level and just a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean. The ideal soil combined with the fresh sea breeze provides perfect conditions for viticulture. After extensive preparation and the preparation of the cellar, the duo was ready for the first harvest in 2007. Since then, Creation Wines has been making a real breakthrough. The result is a wide range of pure, elegant, full-bodied, rich wines with wonderful aromas. A winery you absolutely shouldn't miss.

The aroma and taste of Pinot Noir

The ideal climate allows the grapes time to ripen slowly, thus preserving their fresh acidity. After fermentation, the wine is aged for ten to twelve months in oak barrels, 25 percent of which are new. The wine is then filtered and finally bottled. And then you have this beautiful end result. The aroma reveals an intense and rich bouquet of cherries, red and black currants. A beautiful touch of vanilla and a hint of wood. On the palate, this delicious red wine has supple tannins that provide a firm structure. A perfectly balanced wine with a delightful finish.
