Besides its full and slightly creamy character, it also retains a delightful freshness. This is because the grapes are vinified at a low temperature in stainless steel vats after harvest. The quality of Domaine Lasserre Chardonnay truly shines through when you open a bottle. A broad bouquet of tropical fruit, butter, and peach unfolds. You can't stop smelling this glass; it's so delicious. The taste is at least as good as the aroma. The thick texture coats your tongue.
