The Rötschitz vineyards lie at the foot of the Manhartsberg mountain. The soil consists of loess and granite. The wines from these vineyards are known for their distinctive and exciting character. They have a medium alcohol content and possess an elegant character and considerable finesse, thanks to the cool microclimate. After harvest, the must undergoes a 10-hour cold fermentation. This is followed by aging in stainless steel tanks.
