Buy or order Fattoria Le Pupille wine
Wines with a distinctly Tuscan flavor. Locally renowned Sangiovese forms the foundation here, but the winery has so much more to offer. It boasts a wide range of iconic wines, showcasing both Sangiovese and French varietals. Unique is the winery's dessert wine. Fattoria Le Pupille Solalto is a Tuscan dessert wine based on unconventional varietals like Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Traminer. The Tuscan wines of Pupille
The Pupille winery, or Fattoria Le Pupille, takes its name from two farmhouses perched atop two hills. These two farmhouses are like two eyes watching over the area: the pupils. They are a kind of guardian of the medieval village of Pereta: home to Fattoria Le Pupille.Fattoria Le Pupille wine from Italy
When talking about Italian wines, it's hard to ignore Tuscany. Especially in the latter half of the 20th century, Tuscan wines were in high demand. This was largely due to Chianti wines. However, Tuscany has so much more to offer. How about the impressive Morellino wines? Or a delicious Saffredi. With Saffredi wine, Fattoria Le Pupille established itself internationally. This crown jewel has been produced since 1987, and the glass seems to get better every year. The vineyards of Fattoria Le Pupille
The winery is a unique family estate. Elisabetta Geppetti decided to transform the estate in the 1980s and create a state-of-the-art winery. The vineyards are beautifully situated in the Maremma region, in southern Tuscany. Over 75 hectares are planted with the king of Tuscany: Sangiovese. However, other local varietals, such as Alicante and Malvasia Nera, have also gained a strong foothold. The planting of international varieties is unique. Grapes originating in Bordeaux are particularly prevalent, a rarity in Tuscan vineyards. Think of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. By combining native and exotic varieties, you create unique and distinctive wines. The Fattoria le Pupille Morellino di Scansano Riserva is an excellent example.
